A unique entity in the world of modern jewelry design, Zemi Accessories creates and produces a diverse line of wearable items with a wide range of contemporary appeal. In the business of designing jewelry for 10 years, our innovative concepts reflect our commitment to creating design that are decidedly unprecedented.

Founded in 1991 by architecture and design student, Donna Dreher, Zemi Accessories was born when jewelry design became a full time avocation. Fascinated with color and contemporary design, she began building a business conceptualizing modern jewelry by incorporating an eclectic mix of found objects and distinctive elements into her designs. The accessory line experienced a transformation due in part to the experimentation with industrial materials and anodized aluminum several years later.

Mark Cheadle, with a B Sc in Physics joined Zemi Accessories as a design partner in 1996 bringing with him an extensive knowledge of metalworking and industrial design. He also supports the collective as our systems administrator, computer and web designer and photographer.

Each Zemi Accessories piece is designed and produced on site in our studio. We meticulously oversee production of our glass components of our design using unique fabrication and finishing techniques. All components the make up the balance of our product are of domestic origin and are assembled by a team of artisans with careful precision and attention to detail, guaranteeing a high quality finished product we are proud to offer.
